Our addon offers features that do not require users to register for an account or provide any personal information.

• Google Account/Drive File Access: The Add-on requires access to Google Drive to process files and information necessary for its functionality. It only accesses the specific files and data explicitly granted permission to, granting access to the data does not allow any access of it offline.
• Google Gemini AI Usage: The Add-on uses Google Gemini AI for certain features. Data sent to Google’s AI is subject to Google's privacy policies.
• Feedback Form Data: We collect user feedback via Google Feedback Form to gather feedback and improve our features.
• Stripe Subscription Data: If users choose to subscribe to premium features, we collect payment information through Stripe. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of this data.
• Analytical Data: We may collect anonymous usage data and analytics information to help us understand how the Add-on is used, identify areas for improvement, and enhance the user experience. This data does not include any personally identifiable information.

2. How We Use Your Information

• File Processing: The Add-on accesses to Google Drive files solely to perform its intended functions offered by the addon.
• Google Gemini AI Processing: Data may be sent to Google Gemini for specific processing tasks, as needed for the Add-on functionality.
• Feedback and Improvement: We use the email addresses collected through the feedback form to respond to user feedback, address any issues, and improve the features. We may also contact the user to request further clarification or inform the user about updates related to your feedback.
• Subscription Management: Stripe processes users payment information for subscription management and billing purposes.
• Analytics and Improvement: We use anonymous usage data and analytics information to analyse trends, track usage patterns, and improve the Add-ons performance and functionality.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except in the following circumstances:

3.1 Service Providers

• Please be aware that the artificial intelligence (AI) Gemini used in this product is not directly provided by us. Please read the privacy policy of the Gemini AI provider to learn more about how your data is collected, used, and protected.
• Please be aware that Stripe is a third-party payment service that is not provided by us. We do not take responsibility for the processing of payments by Stripe. When using Stripe, your payment data is transmitted directly to Stripe and we do not have access to this data. Please read Stripe's privacy policy to learn more about how your data is collected, used, and protected.

3.2 Legal Requirements

• We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or government agency).

4. Data Retention

• Google Account/Drive File Access: : We do not store any data from your Google Drive beyond what is necessary for the immediate processing and functionality of the Add-on.
• Feedback Form Data: We will retain your email address only for as long as necessary to address your feedback and improve our features.
• Stripe Subscription Data: Stripe retains your payment information in accordance with its own privacy policy.
• Analytical Data: We retain anonymous usage data and analytics information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy.

5. Data Security

• Google Infrastructure: We rely on Google's robust security infrastructure to protect your data within Google Drive/Files.
• Stripe Security: Stripe adheres to strict security standards to protect your payment information.

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

6. Your Choices

• Add-on Access: You can control the Add-ons access to your Google Drive through Google Workspace's security and privacy settings.
• Feedback Form: You can choose not to provide your email address in the feedback form, but this may limit our ability to respond to your feedback.
• Subscription Cancellation: You can cancel your premium subscription at any time through Stripe.

7. Your Data Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

7.1 DATA SUBJECTS' RIGHTS

• Every data subject has the right to information under Art. 15 GDPR, the right to rectification under Art. 16 GDPR, the right to erasure under Art. 17 GDPR, the right to restriction of processing under Art. 18 GDPR, and the right to data portability under Art. 20 GDPR. In addition, there is a right of appeal to a data protection supervisory authority, Art. 77 GDPR.

7.2 RIGHT OF OBJECTION

• If your personal data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests pursuant to Article 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data pursuant to Article 21 GDPR, provided that there are grounds for doing so that arise from your particular situation.

Zoi's add-on is not intended for use by children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child under 18, we will delete such information promptly.
